  • We accept Florida Medicaid as a form of payment at this time. We are considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider for all other insurance carriers at this time. If you receive out-of-network benefits through your insurance carrier, a form can be provided with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement. Your insurance will reimburse you directly. Typically, out of network benefits cover between 50-80% of the session fee.

It is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance plan for all requirements, out-of-network (OON) benefits, and coverage prior to scheduling a speech evaluation or therapy. A referral from your child’s physician may be required by your insurance carrier.

  • We specialize in working with individuals from ages 3 to 20 years old. Children under three years of age may also be considered for teletherapy. Please contact us for additional information.

  • For in-person therapy sessions, parents or authorized guardians (e.g., family members, teacher) must be in the therapy room or in the vicinity in order for therapy to take place.

For teletherapy sessions, please read the following carefully:

    • For children ages 3 and under, it is required that parents and caregivers are present for all sessions.

    • For children ages 4 to 6, some children are able to participate, while others may need the support of an adult. We will determine which support is best for your child during the consultation.

    • For children ages 6 and older, parents and caregivers should be within earshot to assist with technical difficulties that may occur.

**Parents may need to be present to assist with teletherapy for individuals with a severe diagnosis.

  • To get started, please contact us for an initial, 15-minute consultation so that we can decide if speech and language therapy or teletherapy is the right fit for your child. We will then send you all the details you need for an evaluation or to begin therapy.
